Rob is a member of Durham County Council representing the people and communities of the Blackhalls & Hesledens Division, which includes Blackhall Colliery, Blackhall Rocks, Hesleden, High Hesleden, Monk Hesleden and Crimdon.

As usual funding is the main obstacle to these proposals but I think regeneration through tourism is the key to unlocking the potential of the communities along the Durham coast.
