I’ve received a report from a resident this morning that all the street lights at Hazel Drive are faulty. I’ve submitted a report to the council asking that repairs are carried out as soon as possible. If you would like to follow progress on the council’s portal the CRM report number is FS 2484 42528. Often the electricity supply company also needs to be involved in the repair, for example if there are multiple street lights not working in one location. The electricity supply company is not part of the Council and it can take up to 35 working days for them to attend. This is outside the control of the Council and is governed by OFGEM.
