Amended planning application for 123 houses at Blackhall Colliery to go out to consultation

Notification has been received from the planning department at county hall of amended plans to erect 123 houses on land to the south of Hesleden Road in Blackhall Colliery as shown below (please see post dated Monday 7 October 2019 for background details):

Proposal: Erection of 123 No two storey, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom semi and detached dwellings with associated works.
