Litter at East Street, Blackhall Colliery

Following requests from residents this morning we have asked for litter and other debris to be cleared along the length of East Street, and particularly at the open grassed area at the bottom of First Street and Aspatria Avenue where it appears children may have been playing close to the rail lines.
