I’ve received notification of road works due to be carried out by British Telecom later this month on the B1281 between Hesleden and Castle Eden.
The works are scheduled to begin on Wednesday 22 July 2020 and are expected to take place over three days, starting at 9.30am and finishing at 3.30pm each day.
There will be a temporary road closure order in place between The Village at Castle Eden and the C81 at Hesleden and I'll publish details of the diversion route as soon as I receive them. All affected resident will be notified by letter in advance of the works taking place.
